Pot Roast

Mom, I think I got the wrong one. But it was all the grocery store had. I think it'll be ok. I shoved garlic into it and then seared each side and stuck it a roasting pot with onions. Do I need to flip it? I'm nervous. Hope it turns out well. I've started cutting the veggies... just to have them ready to go. I'll peel the potatoes soon. I think I've got this. Oh hey, this is the new pipe I bought in Airdrie. We call him Sax, or saxamastone or saxy. Pretty bawlin.
